Care Box is a quiet offering for those in need of nourishment. Each seasonal, macrobiotic drop is equivalent of two meals: whole grains, plant proteins, Union Square Market vegetables, a house ferment, sea vegetables, greens, bread with spread, kanten and tea. It’s a modern interpretation of the traditional macrobiotic plate, designed to bring balance, vitality, and calm. All offerings are organic, vegan, and free of wheat, added sugar, chemical additives or processes.

Price includes delivery and vessel deposit.

Deliveries begin at 1 p.m.

Grain — brown rice and sorghum with mushrooms.

Protein — fresh shelled beans.

Sauce — parsley tahini.

Orange Vegetable — Japanese sweet potato with red shiso.

Greens — collard and turnip greens.

Seasonal vegetables — steamed baby zucchini and celery shio koji.

Ferment — pink cabbage, jicama and young ginger.

Sea vegetable salad — wakame & hijiki with mung bean sprouts

Bread — corn bread.

Spread — carrot and ginger.

Sprouts — radish and russian kale.

Kanten — concord grape kanten and apple, yuzu, and coconut yogurt kanten.

Tea — nettle, mint, and cacao nib blend.
