As a career restaurant chef I’ve worked in Manhattan and Brooklyn since the 90s. In the last decade I’ve opened 5 restaurants as their executive chef. Brought in as a partner I create and develop a food concept. I’ve also been very involved in the interior design of certain spaces, as both aspects of dining are very important to the overall experience.
